the title of disclosure form and headings of matters to be disclosed therein.
The KRX is not responsible for the contents of the disclosure,
which is disclosed by the concerned company.
If and when there is a discrepancy between the titles and headings in English and in Korean,
the Korean text takes precedence.
Therefore, it is essential for the investors to consult the Korean text before making
the investment decision.
